Emmy Aston is a Vinyasa Yoga teacher with a down to earth and bubbly personality, living in Montserrat, West Indies. When Emmy is not teaching yoga, she operates Scuba Montserrat Dive Shop, teaches children how to swim and loves spending time with her puppy dogs on the beach! She has a passion for teaching, being underwater, making good food and traveling far and near. She was recently listed as "One of the Twelve People Making the Caribbean a Greener Place" by Carib Journal for her work constructing artificial reefs to restore reef habitats in environmentally sensitive areas through the Montserrat Reef Project.
